Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Account Enrollment & Eligibility
By creating an account or registering for our courses, you guarantee that all credentials provided are accurate and current. You are entirely responsible for preventing unauthorized usage of your account portal.
2. Course Access Terms
Access to courses and digital learning materials is granted on a per-user basis and is limited to the individual account registered under your name. You may not share, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide your login credentials or course access to any other person without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably determine that account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or misuse of course materials has occurred.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All curriculum material, video lectures, source documents, graphics, logos, and testing patterns displayed on this platform are our proprietary intellectual property. Enrolled users are granted a non-transferable license to access this material strictly for personal, non-commercial education.
4. Code of Conduct
Students must treat faculty and fellow peers with absolute respect during discussions, galleries, or forums. Discursive, abusive, or collaborative cheating violations will result in immediate suspension without an eligibility refund.
5. Refund & Cancellation Rules
Because our offerings include digital educational content and immediate access to learning materials, refund eligibility may be restricted after access has been granted or content has been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise made available. Cancellations submitted after course activation or after substantial use of the content may not qualify for a refund except where required by applicable law.
Any approved refund request will be processed in accordance with our internal review procedures and may be subject to deduction for administrative fees, transaction charges, or completed service usage where permitted by law.
